Terms of Service

Effective: August 31, 2026

1. Apple Standard License Agreement

Your use of DipTrack is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

The Standard EULA applies in full, with the additions and clarifications below. Where the additions conflict with the Standard EULA, the additions control to the extent permitted.

2. Not Financial Advice

DipTrack is an informational tool. Nothing displayed in the app — including price data, all-time high values, “dip” signals, percentage drops, or any other indicator — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. The app is not a broker, advisor, or recommendation service.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional before buying or selling any security.

3. Market Data

Price and historical data are provided by third-party sources (currently Yahoo Finance) and are supplied “as is.” Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not guarantee:

Do not rely on DipTrack as your sole source of market information, and do not use it to execute trades.

4. Subscriptions

DipTrack Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered as a monthly plan or an annual plan. The app is fully usable without it.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DipTrack and its developer (Division 61) are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs — including investment losses, missed opportunities, or trading errors — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or its data.

6. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
