Privacy Policy

Division 61 inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with the applications we publish.

Information We Collect

We do not require an account or a login, and we never ask you for your name, email address, or any other personal information. Your watchlist is stored on your device. To show prices, DipTrack sends the symbols you follow to our market data service; they arrive with no identifier attached and are never stored against you.

The one exception is your IP address: our service records it briefly to limit how often a single address can request access, then deletes it automatically after about 24 hours. It is never linked to the symbols you follow.

Analytics & Tracking

We do not use any analytics services, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies in our apps.

Third-Party Services

Our apps are distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple may collect certain usage and diagnostic data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not have access to this data.

Market prices come from third-party data providers, currently Yahoo Finance and Twelve Data. Our servers query them on your behalf: your device never contacts these providers directly, and we send them only stock symbols, never anything about you.

Our market data service runs on Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare processes these requests on our behalf and may log request metadata, including IP addresses, in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
